The client was facing a number of critical technology and transformation challenges. A failed outsourcing arrangement had created significant operational risk, there was no clear IT strategy or target operating model to guide future investment and increasing business demand for change was outstripping the organisation’s ability to deliver effectively.
Tessiant developed an IT Strategy and Target Operating Model, led the transition to a hybrid operating model with a new managed service partner and established a Transformation Office to strengthen governance and manage the organisations change portfolio.
Working with the business and IT leaders, we assessed the technology landscape, designed a phased roadmap, provided programme leadership for the outsource transition and implemented consistent governance, reporting and portfolio management processes.
