The inspiration behind Tessiant was derived from the shortcomings that exist when resourcing teams to deliver transformation projects. From this realisation Anna Barsby (FTSE100 CIO), Matt Neale (Headhunter) & Alex Ball (Transformation Consultant) formed Tessiant.
Coming from all 3 perspectives; the buyer, the provider and the recruiter, they were able to combine the best aspects of industry, management consultancy and recruitment into one coherent, comprehensive offering. Whilst bringing together a unique blend of skills, to add value and difference in the transformation and change space.
Tessiant believe that there is nothing more valuable in providing individuals and teams that have genuinely ‘been there and done that’. We have been clients ourselves, we are incredibly well connected across industry. Being able to provide clients with real industry relevant expertise in a pragmatic way.
