Operating as one of the most successful and popular holiday park operators in the UK and Ireland, the leadership team wanted to understand how to make better use of technology to deliver value and growth opportunities for the business.

Tessiant were engaged to identify where the current technology estate needed modernisation and what changes to the operating model between technology and business teams were required to make it happen. This also required focus on how to innovate ahead of competitors and how to provide guests with a frictionless and memorable holiday, enabled by a brilliant digital experience.

We worked with the Senior Leadership Team of the business to assess growth opportunities, the technology landscape and the organisation behind it, the approach to governance, investment and procurement and ways of working. Our conclusions centred around key pillars of technology requiring most effort, a technology strategy refresh, cost-saving measures, changes to the flow of work and how initiatives were delivered, a value-led approach to prioritisation and process improvements.
