The client needed to select and procure a new organisation-wide Point of Sale (POS) solution. They required additional procurement expertise and delivery capacity to run a robust supplier selection process, while maintaining pace, budget control and close alignment with internal stakeholders.

Tessiant provided an integrated team of Procurement Leads, Business Analysts and Project Leads to manage the end-to-end procurement and selection process. From defining requirements and developing tender documentation through supplier evaluation, selection and final contracting.

We worked as one team with the charity’s internal specialists, combining procurement leadership with business and technical expdertise. We co-developed the tender documentation, established a structured and transparent evaluation process, coordinated stakeholders and suppliers and provided the governance and commercial leadership needed to maintain momentum through to contract award.
