The client needed to strengthen logistics governance, improve decision-making and leadership effectiveness, and define a future operating model capable of supporting continued growth and increasing operational complexity.

Tessiant provided embedded programme management support to introduce greater structure, momentum and control across logistics. This included establishing clearer governance, insight-led reporting, active action management and a practical plan-do-review cadence to help the team plan, execute, learn and adjust consistently.

Alongside this, Tessiant provided senior strategic support to the Logistics Director, including leadership coaching, stakeholder and behavioural influence support, a personal development plan and confidential sounding-board support on key challenges, decisions and trade-offs.
