Tessiant led the IT workstream, enabling secure cross-company collaboration, mobilising a new fulfilment site and supporting programme governance, operational handover and service stability.

We implemented a secure Microsoft multi-tenant collaboration environment, coordinated network and firewall deployment for the new fulfilment facility, enabled fulfilment workstations and structured delivery through a work-package governance model with aligned IT and operational teams.
