The client needed support to deliver a large-scale technology transformation affecting 16,000 employees across 1,500 locations. They required stronger programme governance, supplier management and organisational change capability.

We led a 50-person programme team and coordinated key stakeholders. We established governance and supplier accountability processes. We delivered workshops, stakeholder engagement, communications and change planning. We coached the client’s internal change manager to embed long-term capability.
