STRATEGICALLY CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMME FOR GLOBAL COFFEE BRAND REQUIRED ROBUST LEADERSHIP AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Tessiant augmented the programme team, on a critical technology transformation at a global coffee business, with a Senior Programme Director and Change Manager.

The Programme Director provided leadership across a team of around 50 people, established the programme structure and governance, and held the third-party supplier to account. The kick-off workshop was particularly well recieved and set the programme team up for a successful start, as well as early workshops to design the solution.

The Change Manager shaped the business change strategy, which would touch 16,000 employees across 1500 locations. This covered stakeholders mapping, understanding change impacts, and planning the engagement, communication and training. We helped appoint and worked closely with a new internal Change Manager to share our experience and expertise.

Overall, Tessiant’s leadership and expertise helped mobilise the programme planning, governance, supplier and change management, and enabled a positive forward plan.
