Agile Delivery (Agile Coaching, Training & Scrum Master)

An agile coach helps leaders and delivery teams understand why agility is appropriate, and where and how it can be introduced and improved. Our coaches will help the organisation benefit from business agility and help leaders create a learning environment and appropriate governance process. Through personalised consultation, using seasoned training professionals, we can co-create and deliver a tailored training programme that will deliver tangible uplift in understanding. The Scrum Masters enables their team to continuously improve and learn through frequent stakeholder and customer feedback. They remove team impediments and foster business agility within and beyond the team.

Independent Programme Assurance

Transformation projects can be expensive, and with agile methodologies, often hard to track. We can provide independent assurance and review of implementation projects, covering not just the project progress, but also governance, links to the strategy and readiness for change. This can be conducted as a one-off review or through periodic reviews over the project lifecycle.
