The client were undertaking a major retail planning transformation and needed experienced leadership support during a critical design phase after the programme lead took leave.

Tessiant provided an Interim Director with deep retail transformation expertise to lead the design and delivery of a new retail planning operating model, supported by the implementation of a new technology platform.

Working closely with senior leadership, we refined the roadmap, managed change impacts and shaped the future operating model, while also helping to stabilise a programme that had seen 7 years of unsuccessful delivery attempts and repeated write-offs, which was rectified within Tessiant’s first year of intervention.
