Tessiant was asked to help a national animal charity to manage the selection and procurement of a new organisation wide point of sale (till) replacement.

Process

We provided a multi skilled team (business analyst, project and procurement lead) to co-develop the tender documentation with the client teams, lead the selection process and the final contracting.

OUTCOME

We have been able to help the charity manage the procurement to time and budget, whilst working in close collaboration with the internal specialists. We have shaped and delivered key transformations across the organisation and provided the leadership, skill and pace needed.
