COLLABORATION TO MANAGE SELECTION AND PROCUREMENT OF NEW POINT OF SALE
Tessiant was asked to help a national animal charity to manage the selection and procurement of a new organisation wide Point of Sale (till) replacement.
We provided a multi skilled team of Business Analysts, Project Leads and Procurement Leads to co-develop the tender documentation with the client teams, leading the selection process and the final contracting.
We have been able to help the charity manage the procurement to time and budget, whilst working in close collaboration with the internal specialists. We have shaped and delivered key transformations across the organisation and provided the leadership, skill and pace needed.
Tessiant have been working closely with our business functions to shape and deliver key transformation projects across the charity. The consultants have landed well with our colleagues and have demonstrated skill and experience in their fields.
