TESSIANT WORK ALONGSIDE MULTINATIONAL COURIER TO MANAGE AND DELIVER THEIR PORTFOLIO & STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION
Our client, a multinational courier, was aiming to significantly improve the method and control of how it collected revnue from customers. Following an extensive strategy and shaping project (reporting to the PLC board), a £90m transformation portfolio was set up.
We worked alongside the internal teams to manage and deliver this portfolio. A key role was establishing and running the transformation portfolio office, which included traditional PMO with roles covering strategic alignment, business case development and project assurance.
This enabled the co-ordination of a wide set of intiatives, some delivered within the programme, some delivered through “BAU” activity within the organisation. The portfolio has been highly successful, beating its original financial objective while maintaining delivery pace over several years.
