CREATION OF A RETAIL EXPERIENCE SPACE FOR UK LUXURY RETAILER TO CREATE A DESTINATION FOR CUSTOMERS.
The Client opted to refurbish a large retail space within their flagship store. Their strategy was to transform the environment into ‘the best of experiences for customers, making it a real destination for amazing food, drink and retail theatre’. Tessiant were asked to help ensure the physical space would function effectively for the business and launch successfully.
We brought together specialists experienced in retail, hospitality, business analysis and project management. We worked as part of the broader project team, focused on design, operational readiness and delivery planning for the retail space, food & drink studio and bar. Working alongside senior and operational stakeholders, we facilitated key discussions and decisions, managed the actions required for success and supported the training plan creation and delivery.
The newly refurbished third floor opened in March 2023 to hugely positive responses from press launch events, internal stakeholders – and from customers. Retail sales were strong immediately from launch and the path has been laid for the luxury retailers team to deliver amazing customer experiences and further strengthen their brand.
