The client wanted to transform a large retail space within its flagship store into a destination experience for customers, while ensuring the space was operationally effective and launch-ready.
Tessiant helped transform the environment into a destination focused on food, drink and retail theatre. Working as part of the wider project team, we provided expertise across retail, hospitality, business analysis and project management.
We worked closely with senior and operational stakeholders to support design, operational readiness and delivery planning for the retail space, food and drink studio and bar. This included facilitating key discussions and decisions, coordinating actions across the programme and supporting the creation and delivery of training plans to ensure teams were fully prepared for launch.
