‘TESSIANT ADVISED 5 KEY AREAS OF INTELLIGENT PRODUCTIVITY TO DELIVER AGAINST’

The CEO requested a strategic review to find ways to accelerate growth, through simplifying ways of working, making better use of technology and becoming more efficient and agile. Tessiant advised 5 key areas of intelligent productivity to deliver against and proposed a new operating model for change and technology, as well as a new executive level role of Transformation Director.

A Tessiant partner stepped into the Interim Transformation Director role to lead the incumbent IT team, create and take ownership of the overall transformation plan whilst moving the organisation to the proposed transformation operating model. We also deployed an external team of change specialists, to support the people team and project management on key initiatives.

We have been able to help the retailer set up and embed a business wide project management office. Forming very close partnering with internal colleagues and the leadership team has created strong ownership, whilst building in house capability for change. Setting up this new capability, we have been able to ensure the brand continues its successful and sustainable growth both online and in store.
