Having once been a very successful supplier in the UK Grocery sector, this large consultancy wanted to regain lost market share, across a range of different service offerings. They needed help to re-examine and rectify their offer to become more relevant.

They engaged Tessiant to provide them with industry insight to help them understand how to tailor their propositions. We brought in CIOs, CMOs and COOs from Tier 1 supermarket chains to sit down with the consultancy. They discussed services including end-to-end supply chain, operating model, digital, data management, marketing strategy & insights, and management information and performance.

This enabled the consultancy to understand the current culture and politics within the organisation. They had a window into the pressures, pain points, vision and strategies of these companies, as well as a horizon-scan of the direction of travel of the secots as a whole. This has allowed them to polish the proposition, and put them on the path to rebuilding their pipeline.
