For the HR Director, working with the senior leadership team to define a target culture and transition plan. For the Transformation Director, helping the organisation adopt agile ways of working through tailored agile training and coaching for the teams delivering the new strategy.

Deployed a combined Tessiant Team of culture specialists, agile coaches and project specialists to help keep the two related workstreams aligned at a working level.
