RAPID DEPLOYMENT OF PEOPLE EXPERTS TO DEFINE CULTURE & BUILD CAPABILITY
The organisation is undergoing transformation, combining separate business units under a single European management structure. The HR Director requested a transition plan, defining the new target culture. And the Transformation Director wanted help to adopt new agile ways of working for teams delivering the new strategy through tailored agile training and coaching.
Following the request, Tessiant partnered alongside client teams (Senior Leadership Team) to support in both these two areas. Deploying a combined Tessiant Team of Culture Specialists, Agile Coaches and Project Specialists, in order to keep the two workstreams aligned at working level. To support the change implementation, agile coaching was provided for the senior team focused around strategic delivery.
We have been able to help the organisation define their new target culture and diagnose any existing barriers to change. Enabling them to understand their internal gaps whilst building them a tailored strategic roadmap at pace, in order to accelerate key business goals. As well as providing their people with the capability and skillset to drive forward the critical workstreams, and adopt agile ways of working, both now and in the future.
The team brought a pragmatic approach to tackling challenges and we’ve specifically been able to understand our internal gaps and quickly build a strategic roadmap that will accelerate our key business goals.
