TESSIANT CONDUCT INTERNAL REVIEW TO ENHANCE TALENT ACQUISITION CAPABILITY OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDER

The Client, a Global Healthcare Solutions Provider, had identified challenges in it’s Talent Acquisition capability, impacting their ability to bring on new recruits, in a timely and efficient manner. The client was also aware that there was a lack of engagement between it’s current internal HR structure between HRBP, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services. They engaged Tessiant to conduct a thorough internal review of the Talent Acquisition process, HRBP vs Centres of Excellence and Shared Service operation, identifying areas of opportunity, options and a roadmap to support the delivery of the solutions.

The Tessiant team firstly ran a series of global online workshops with all key stakeholders within the Talent Acquisition process, to understand roles, responsibilities and challanges first-hand, this work was support by surveys to gain further feedback from candidates and business users.

We delivered the discovery findings back to the client in a comprehensive document outlining the opportunities and options. We worked with the client to agree a recommended approach and then set up a series of activities to engage key stakeholders in building a roadmap to deliver changes over a 12-month period. As part of this work, we delivered the governance and programme structure, created the change strategy and developed the end-to-end programme delivery plan with a full suite of supporting documents that allows the client to start the changes at a pace suitable to their business needs.
