Over the last few years, this English Football Club has significantly grown the fan base of its clubs and the number of people interacting with its services. This has fundamentally changed the role and scale of identity management, from the need to manage a core set of fans to managing a much larger group of customers with new services, geographies and needs.

The football club reached out to Tessiant due to our experience in retail technology, with the need to manage a large online customer base as well as B2B interfaces.

Tessiant partnered with a Digital & IDM specialist and worked with stakeholders across the Football Club to develop an Identity Management Strategy, including examination of the current capability and technology, future requirements capture and assessment, technical architecture review, recommendations and future state, IDM product assessment and business and technology roadmap.
