PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TRANSFORMATION FOR LEADING CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE COMPANY
The client wanted to improve how their professional services function sold, planned and executed projects with their clients.
We conducted an end to end process and capability review, alongside a systems review including the use of salesforce. We led tactical changes (mix of systems, process and workarounds), recommended largers projects and fed requirements into platform roadmaps.
As a result, there were multiple tactical improvements delivered, with better use of internal tools and portals. Longer term changes were also planned into product developments.
