Addressing challenges of pandemic: adopting a digital first approach and new ways of working

Tessiant carried out a rapid review of existing ways of working, advising on both the changes required for employees and on options for getting there whilst maintaining engagement and performance in the crucial Christmas period.

We then worked closely with the client team, developing a change plan, supporting with employee communications and leading the consultation across a number of sites. With a consultative approach, employee views were incorporated and resulted in a smooth transition to more flexible ways of working, with no loss of business momentum.

Tessiant reflected the flexible ways of working into policies and procedures, to provide clear simple guidance for employees and managers. Further support was provided to strengthen the client’s inclusive culture, with an EDI check and balance, with recommendations feeding into the clients continuous improvement work.
